Happy Valentines Day!

Posted by mindyluwho

Love - a wildly misunderstood although highly desirable malfunction of the heart which weakens the brain, causes eyes to sparkle, cheeks to glow, blood pressure to rise and the lips to pucker.

Love looks not with the eyes,
but with the mind,
And therefore is winged Cupid painted blind.
~William Shakespeare

Love is the thing that enables a woman to sing while she mops up the floor after her husband has walked across it in his barn boots.

Ah! a blessing beyond all fate
My sole mate 'tis my soul mate.~Pixie Foudre

A bell is no bell 'til you ring it,
A song is no song 'til you sing it,
And love in your heart
Wasn’t put there to stay -
Love isn’t love'
Til you give it away.
~Oscar Hammerstein

Fun! The mopping up the floor reminded me of my dad who never takes his shoes off when he comes over and I find myself cleaning the kitchen floor after he leaves...I'll try singing while cleaning next time. :-)

Hope you had a nice Valentine's Day!

I love Valentine's Day. Not only is it sentimental, but the decorations are just so cute! I got to buy decorations and plan a little party here at work and had a lot of fun with it.

Hey, log into your facebook account so you can accept me as a friend! I'm doing a family tree in it.
